Terms of service

These terms are between you and ENGAZE LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17552745, registered office 124-128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX), trading as engaze / Bottle Neck Solutions ("we").

Free diagnosis

The free diagnosis is an automated, indicative assessment. It is not professional advice and creates no obligation on either side.

Detailed report (£49)

Prices include VAT where applicable. Estimates in the report are indicative and are confirmed in a written proposal before any build. If your detailed report doesn't give you at least one option you'd consider, we refund the £49 — no questions asked. Refund requests must be made within 14 days. The report fee is credited against any build ordered within 90 days.

Builds

Each build is governed by a separate written agreement setting out scope, fixed price, milestones, payment schedule, acceptance testing, intellectual property and liability.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for the free diagnosis and report is limited to the fees paid.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
